Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SpotlightForYou e-Gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 days after your item (s) are delivered to us.

Any item ending in .97, white items, undergarments, bodysuits, accessories are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

White items are non-refundable.

All items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

You must include the original invoice.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep all proof of postage and or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. We DO NOT provide prepaid return labels.
